Career Development Systems

We have extensive work in setting up unique career development tools and systems for organizations. Many of these are based upon the job competencies we identified for that organization. For example, we have created "career development guides" that list training courses, books, articles and on-the-job activities that build any competency in the organization. We have set up self-assessment tools enabling organizations to inventory the competencies of their entire workforce. Employees can self-assess their competence and then point and click to see training courses, books, articles, and on-the-job activities that help build any competency of interest.
